Usually summer for me feels like this endless span of boring and I can't wait to get back to school, but this summer (mostly due to not really being able to enjoy much of anything other than some good company) I am really dreading school starting. More than that, I'm dreading Link Crew and Rhapsody.

In all truth, I think that Link Crew will be a lot better than I expect it to be because anything I've done that's been like volunteer work flies by and I usually have a good enough time to feel accomplished. Rhapsody (show choir), on the other hand, will not be nearly as enjoyable because dancing on two recently operated-on feet isn't going to be fun. I'm really going to have to work my butt off this year. Serves me right for not having to try very hard at all last year, right? Ugh.

In any case, I have a wedding and a wedding reception on Saturday and then the friday after is my brother's wedding reception (the wedding was in may, but the reception is being held now for the people that coudn't fly all the way to Hawaii). For some reason the only thing I can think about is that I won't be able to wear nice shoes to the wedding, and I am quite despairing over that fact.

Now for some cheerier subjects!

Anime! Yeah, you know that 13 anime list I had? I looked it over again and, while it's a good list, I know it's not going to happen (at least not before school starts). So I knocked off one of the longer animes..... yes, it was Bleach. I did try to watch the first couple episodes again and it still sucks as much as before. I just really, really, REALLY dislike it.

Along with that, I already watched Death Note, which was fabulous. I still can't tell whether I loved or hated the ending. Kind of both, I guess. It's a fine line.

I need a new laptop desperately. This laptop can't function without being plugged in, it's like five years old and has no memory left on it, it randomly malfunctions and shuts off or something similar, it blanks out on programs all the time, and it loves to forget it has an internet connection and totally just kick me off of the internet at random. SUCKY PIECE OF CRAP... oh yeah, happy thoughts.

Umm... oh!

I got the bandage off of my second foot now! I think it looks kind of mangled and depressing but my doctor said it looks great, so I'll believe him! Hahah. Either way, I should be walking pretty much normally for school, though I can't say much about having pretty feet by then, hahah.

I think I can finally just be done.

I need Starbucks and some good books.
